Dorota Mielke has joined Office Agency team and taken the position of Associate Director. Her main task in the new role will be taking care of business development and advising on office strategies and space rental.

New director, in the team led by Mikołaj Laskowski will conduct all office projects in line with the corporate approach of SIMS (Smart Integrated Management Solutions). It implies broader and more comprehensive support for clients involving experts from different departments. In addition to business development and care for key clients and partners of the company, the new director will also be responsible for support in preparation of market analyzes and reports, as well as for recommendations taking into account best ESG practices.

Dorota Mielke is an expert with 15 years of management experience in projects on the commercial real estate market. For most of her professional career, she was associated with one of the leading consulting companies operating on the real estate market. She has advised on many transactions involving European and global entities. Dorota Mielke supported the commercialisation of buildings such as: LIXA, Eurocentrum Office Complex, Prosta Tower, or Proximo I. The new Associate Director also gained experience in a company specializing in the design and implementation of office space for clients from various sectors, in which she managed the work in the sales department.
Dorota Mielke is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
