One of the most interesting mixed-use assets in the country, the Browar Lubicz (Lubicz Brewery), has recently changed its owner and is now part of the portfolio of Interpierre Europe Centrale, an SCPI managed by PAREF Gestion. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland experts supported the new owner in the technical due diligence process and will now also take over the property management of the office buildings included in the complex.
The transaction covered the acquisition of the office complex of Browar Lubicz which It comprises of three buildings with a total GLA of 7,500 sq.m. For several years now, offices in the premises at Lubicz Street – which is only a few minutes' walk from the Krakow market square and the railway station – remain the favourite spot of start-ups and technologically-oriented companies. An enormous advantage of the Browar Lubicz is its location with excellent access to public transport. In addition, employees and visitors can easily access this place by bike as one of the most important bicycle routes in the city centre runs along this particular street.

Browar Lubicz is full of numerous service points, shops and cafes. Moreover, one of the most well-known luxury aparthotels is located there, and since 2015, there has also been a restaurant brewery operating in the renovated interiors.
