- The last two years have significantly changed the nature of the real estate market, but have also accelerated a great many changes, which probably would not have taken place at such a rapid pace had it not been for the pandemic. These have also changed the approach of tenants and investors, and many of them have had to validate their future plans. Our task, is to respond to the changing needs of customers, and to do this exceptionally well. That is the reason why we invest in people such as Agnieszka, who brings a wealth of experience and out-of-the-box thinking to the table and is why Agnieszka will be a great asset for the whole team. - Michał Pszkit, Head of Property Management, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland
Agnieszka Witkowska, will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive range of consulting services for tenants and property owners, as well as for management support in the rental of office buildings being managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
One of them is Green2Day, clearly one of the most interesting office buildings in Wrocław. The ecological, energy-saving, Platinium LEED certified and employee-friendly office building, currently offers over 4,000 out of 17,000 m² of total office space. The space is located on three floors; on the ground, first and third floors. In recent weeks, Green2Day has developed a completely new visual identity together with a new website. The steps that have been taken by BNP Paribas Real Estate are just the beginning of comprehensive range of activities aimed at current and future tenants.
- I want to maximise the full potential of the buildings we look after, and to create the best conditions for current and future tenants for the ongoing development of their employees, organizations and business projects. I am glad that I will be able to do this as a part of a harmonious and multidisciplinary team. The fact that I will work alongside architects and project managers within one organization will allow me to design more complex solutions for our clients. - Agnieszka Witkowska, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
