BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland strengthens its Industrial and Logistics Agency by appointing, as its new head, Ludwika Korzeniowska, who has worked in commercial real estate for years, focusing on the logistics and industrial sectors.
Ludwika Korzeniowska brings nearly 20 years of experience in industrial and logistics real estate, having worked for both logistics operators and a leading commercial real estate firm.

Ludwika Korzeniowska began her career in sales with logistics operators, acquiring domestic and international clients in areas such as contract logistics, full container load (FCL) road shipping and distribution. With extensive experience in business development and a deep understanding of logistics processes throughout supply chains, she is well-equipped to address the needs and expectations of clients seeking warehousing solutions.
Ludwika has also worked for JLL, where she was responsible for business development in the logistics sector. This role enabled her to gain in-depth market expertise and to liaise with leading industry players. Subsequently, she moved on to become a director with responsibility for coordinating agents in western Poland and the Tricity region. Her outstanding track record includes numerous big-box lease transactions for major logistics companies in the e-commerce, FMCG, retail and automotive sectors. In addition, she actively participates in her industry by attending a variety of industry events, fairs and conferences, enhancing her brand and recognisability. Privately, she has recently become involved in social activities for the charitable organisation Rotary International.
Ludwika Korzeniowska holds a degree in economics from R. Łazarski Higher School of Commerce and Law and has also completed postgraduates studies in Marketing and Logistics at the Warsaw School of Economics.
